Furthermore...

And it continued over the weekend, when we went to a birthday party for Miss M. Sabine was thrilled to see Miss M, until she laid eyes upon Miss M's older brother. Then it was this, over and over, for the rest of the afternoon:

536e771

(Can you SEE her dreamy-eyed stare peeking out???)

We went to the doctor's today, for Sabine's 15 month visit, which was less fun, since she got another round of vaccines. She told us all about the "boom"s on her legs for the rest of the evening. (Anything that falls, makes a loud noise, or hurts her, is a "boom.")

Here's hoping she's able to sleep it off. She has had a perfect week of sleep, going to bed promptly at 7:30 and then sleeping until sometime between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM when she wakes up, eats, and goes right back to sleep for another two or three hours, usually waking up for the day between 6:00 and 6:30. That is the longest stretch of regular sleep she's ever had; I'm just hoping she's able to keep it up!

Developmentally, here's the official report from the doctor: she's still skinny, weighing in at 19 lbs 6 oz., which puts her in the 6th percentile. At least she's up a little bit from last time. She had a definite growth spurt, she's now 31.5 inches long, which puts her in the 82nd percentile! And her hear is 18.5 inches around, which is the 81st percentile, so it's keeping up with her body.

Now we have another music class to look forward to on Wednesday.
